What to expect
A 50-hour in-person Pilates Reformer Training designed for practitioners and teachers who want to go deeper.
The reformer is not just a machine, it's a teacher. The springs and straps create resistance and feedback that the mat simply can't replicate, making it easier to feel what's actually happening in the body: where the core activates, where control lives, where flow begins.
Over three months, you'll move through the fundamentals of Pilates from the inside out: building confidence in your practice, sharpening your eye, and opening the door to a new dimension of this work.
50-hour theory and practice classes
(one Saturday or Sunday per month)
4 Modules – 8 hours per module
Meetings online (during the week, late evening, to be confirmed, also recorded).
Individual mentoring sessions to advise you on exam preparation and assess your progress in the teacher training program.

“I like that it is longer than a couple days like some trainings. I liked that it allowed time for you to absorb the information and work at it over time going to classes and doing observations. It allowed me to get to know instructors and different types of classes learning as you go. Material was also very straightforward and simple.”
-
“I really valued the combination of content, studio space and overall atmosphere. I especially appreciated the support from the teachers and the WhatsApp group, which made it easy to ask questions and stay connected. The part I enjoyed the most was the second module, as it felt more practical and hands-on.”
-
“I loved, that the course was really focused on the correct alignment and breathing. It helped me finding the right vocabulary to teach my future students. I also liked the relaxed atmosphere. I never felt any pressure and felt a constant warm and welcoming environment. It was a really comforting environment to study and practice. :) I never had any hesitation to ask questions.”
