Why Train with Sara & Joanna

Sara is a Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, trained with masters in India and in Berlin. She also practices Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) and Bhakti Yoga, integrating breath, movement, vibration, and the heart’s expression of devotion. Based in Berlin, Sara blends mindful alignment, breath awareness, and meditative presence. Her approach emphasizes both the physical and energetic dimensions of Yin Yoga, helping students cultivate balance, presence, and self-awareness.

Joanna is a holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, step out of overthinking, and trust their senses and intuition. She weaves together mindful movement through Pilates and Yin Yoga with hands-on body and energy practices such as Shiatsu and Reiki. She invites curiosity, softness, and exploration, helping each person feel grounded, resilient, and more at home within themselves.

Together, Sara and Joanna make this training a truly special opportunity to learn from two teachers whose knowledge traditions beautifully complement one another. Sara brings the depth of Vedic philosophy — a framework of energy, consciousness, and ancient practice that enriches every posture and every pause. Joanna weaves in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering insight into meridians, organ systems, and the body's energetic flow. In many ways, they are yin and yang to each other — different in approach, unified in purpose. You will leave not with one lens on the practice, but two, giving you a richer, more complete foundation for your own teaching and personal journey.
